I have a 3.4 - 3.5 GPA. I have taken only one AP so far (Environmental Science) and scored a 3. I am taking AP Psychology. I have taken 3 years of english with one in progress, algebra geometry and algebra 2 with math analysis in progress, biology chemistry and environmental science, 1 year of art, 1 year of computers, world history and us history with principles of american democracy in progress. All a - g courses finished and in progress. I have straight A's this semester and have a pattern of improvement throughout high school. I am a first generation college student and hispanic. I come highly recommended by teachers. I scored a combined 1750 on the SAT (Critical Reading 580, Math 590, Writing 580 w/ a score of 8 on the essay). I have ASB Leadership (Student government) as my extra cirricular and am doing 1 year of that.
